We have been working with case managers for many years and are fully aware of their working practices. As an introductory agency, we are not able to be registered with the CQC (Formally CSCI), however we are fully aware of their requirements and follow their recruitment standards. We are happy to comply with any specific policies & procedures / requests individual case management companies may have.

We appreciate being able to access additional information regarding the client / their needs that the case manager may be able to impart to help us recruit the most suitable people. In turn, we will always make sure we provide information back to the case manager and keep them updated, both prior to and post placement.
