Placement Fees.

Once you have offered someone the position and they have accepted, we will issue an invoice for the placement fee.

Permanent Positions

Full-time Placements
14% of the employee's gross annual salary

Part-time Placement
14% of the employee's gross annual salary. Minimum placement fee is £1150.00.

Temporary Positions
Temporary fees are £90.00 per week
£35.00 per day (Up to 2 day)

Abroad Placements
Europe: 16% of the employee's gross annual salary
Rest of World: 20% of the employee's gross annual salary

All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.

We know that sometimes placements don't work out - it's a fact of life. If you have kept to your end of the deal, so will we! As long as you have adhered to our Terms and Conditions (please see Terms and Conditions), we will endeavour to find you a replacement at no extra charge for up to 4 months of the start date. If we are unable to find a replacement, we will provide you with the appropriate refund (please see SNAP 16+ Agency Guarantee).

Wages.
At SNAP 16+, we have a minimum market wage recommendation. As a specialist agency placing candidates with specific experience, we cannot accept wages which are below this rate (except if the position offers additional perks such as self-contained accommodation etc.).

Current Minimum Market Rates:

Daily (London) £13.00 Gross per hour
Daily (Out of London) £11.00 gross per hour
Live-in (London) £11.00 gross per hour
Live-in (Out of London) £9.00 gross per hour

Weekend rates - add two pounds to gross figure
