Support and Advice
Pre-Placement Support
We can advise you on current market rates, roles of a PA/enabler etc before you register a position. When we meet your client (and hopefully you) we will be happy to answer any further questions you have.

Post-Placement Support
We will call both the client and the new employee when they have just started, (usually the second working day) and then again about two weeks later to make sure all is working out as expected. We will give you any feedback we feel is helpful for you.

If things are not running as smoothly as we had all hoped, we will be happy to advise and to speak to the employee and/or the client. If the situation requires further intervention, we will be pleased to review the situation and arrange a further meeting where we can act as arbitrator if we feel this will help the situation.

We are happy to attend additional meetings post-placement, however there may be an additional charge for this.

Helping you as an employer
We understand that being an employer can be daunting. When we place someone with you we will provide you with a placement pack that includes the following:

Information: The SNAP16+ Guide
A bespoke contract of employment tailored to your individual needs
Literature on paying tax and national insurance and your requirements as an employer, including a payroll service
SNAP!News is an on-line newsletter published quarterly
