We can advise you on current market rates, roles of a PA/enabler etc before you register a position. When we come and visit you, we will be happy to answer any further questions you have.
We will call both you and your new employee when they have just started, (usually the second working day) and then again about two weeks later to make sure all is working out as expected. You are of course welcome to get in contact with us in the future if you require any assistance. (Or just to tell us how well things are going - we love to hear that!).
If things are not running as smoothly as you had hoped, we will be happy to advise and to speak to the employee. If the situation requires further intervention, we will be pleased to review the situation and arrange a further meeting where we can act as arbitrator if we feel this will help the situation.
